What should the boat be called?

Have you ever wondered why ships have names? And why a ship might be called Hanne-Lene, Hellas or Claus Sørensen?

Join us as our museum educator shows beautiful and carefully decorated name boards from old fishing boats and tells the stories behind them.

We finish by letting you decorate your own name board and decide what your ship should be called.
